What I’ve been doing in doing: PLATES
Some of the plates in colrend and desprin.

I got lazy to find the previous plates in desprin and other subjects. I might post them someday here. * V *);;;;

Desprin is the most back-breaking and suicidal art subject for me this term. Becaus from traditional animation/morphing to pointillism to reproducing a painting using only lines to something out of this world plates.

MY ART

This post is full of grammatical errors, I directly typed all my feelings down forgetting everything else.

If you don’t want to read some girl’s drama and rant about her art, STOP READING NOW (´；д；`)

I hate my art. I feel like there’s nothing special about it. I feel like I can never be those amazing artists. They are so good at drawing, painting or whatever you call their technique but they have found their style, a style people love them for. Me? I am lost. I don’t know what my style is, I don’t see it. I’m okay with inconsistencies, it’s not my issue here but the fact that I feel like my art is just mediocre and nothing’s unique about it, it hurts me. I’ve been drawing for so long that I suddenly feel I don’t have talent in this.

People praise my art but even so when I look at them, I don’t feel proud. Well I am proud after finishing it, but that feeling lasts for 2 days, after that I slowly dislike what I made. It’s frustrating, I don’t know if they are the right words but I am incapable of doing many things. I feel useless, I feel like I’m nothing. //so much drama Iol

Another one is the statistic I get in DA, I know faves/comments/watches aren’t a big deal, but for me they are feedbacks, feedbacks if I did a good job or I flunked. Recently I keep getting the failing response. Artworks I’ve put effort to don’t get positive recognition, mostly criticisms. But if I draw a fanart, even just an effortless doodle, WOW the faves, the views, everything. But I don’t enjoy drawing fanarts that much, once in a while is okay, but if that’s the only thing I draw… I don’t know I feel like the whole piece is not thoroughly mine because I didn’t create the characters.

Okay that’s about it, I feel like I typed everything down, or not.

I feel like a loser, pathetic artist who is feeling frustrated and impatient after all these years of drawing. I want to enjoy drawing again, I don’t want to be pressured looking for originality and style, just drawing. （；￣д￣）

But I won’t give up. Drawing is something I can’t remove from my life. Whether happy or depressed I draw, it relaxes me. ヽ(；▽；)ノ
